About Rosemary Heenan

For 31 years, Rosemary was a professor of Early Childhood Education at St. Clair College, in Windsor, Ontario where she helped thousands of students to believe in their own self-worth and to achieve their educational and career goals. With the life purpose of Healer with Heart; it is no surprise that she has spent her career teaching others how to make the best possible beginnings for young children. After she learned how to reconnect with her own passion and live from her heart, Rosemary began to call herself The Heart Activist. She combined her skills in coaching and energy work to create the transformational Heart Power Coaching program. Heart Power Coaching helps clients to reactivate the passion currently locked in their hearts, resulting in the experience of exuberance and joy. Rosemary loves to share what she’s learned and found out through a Hand Analysis that this is her life purpose. She describes the illuminating experience of having her hands analyzed as a pivotal life moment. “I knew then that everything in my life happened so it could lead me to this place where I am right now. And now I could share with others what I’ve used to heal my own heart wounds.” Using her life purpose as her North Star, Rosemary retired from teaching and studied Hand Analysis to add to her repertoire of services for clients. With her life school being Love, Rosemary sees the best in others and loves people the way they are. This creates the safe space for people to make the changes they desire with her loving support. She creates love, community, and connections in her work. She also offers interactive, life-changing workshops in Opening to Self Love, Releasing Limiting Beliefs, Stress Reduction, and Goal Setting. One of the best ways to release stressful feelings is through laughter and Rosemary is a certified Laughter Yoga Leader. She leads groups in Laughter Yoga sessions at workplaces and in workshops.
