The Master of Success Life Purpose

We are in the final quarter of the year. Are you on track with all those goals and resolutions you made for 2011? Are you feeling more connected to your Life Purpose? Are you expressing that more than ever? Doesn’t it feel wonderful when you do?

Remember your Life Purpose is your reason for be-ing. It is who you are and what you do. You can bring the essence of who you are into anything you do.

When you know your Life Purpose, you can direct your energy to “work” that is fulfilling and gives meaning and value to your life. You can feel and be passionate and purpose-full. It is the things that turn you on, light you up and energize you. And you understand why you always respond in a certain way.

I thought I would describe the different Life Purposes over the next series of articles and give you some insights to help you live more fully on purpose.

The Master of Success is a thumb Life Purpose. This person is independent and wants to make her own way in the world. She can take the intangible and turn it into something tangible and useful. Often full of ideas, she is good at taking action and getting results when living purposefully and following her own goals. She makes an excellent CEO and can be very inspiring.

The challenges for this person include being sure to work at their chosen career and not get stuck fulfilling parents’ dreams for them that may not align with their desires. They can also flip to the too little side of their purpose and not complete their projects, stop short of success or fail to dot the ‘i’s and cross the ‘t’s so their work lacks quality.

One of the major challenges I see in working with people who have the purpose is they fail to acknowledge their results. Instead of stopping and recognizing their accomplishments they quickly move on to the next project which can lead to being driven and not feeling successful. I coach them to stop and breathe in their successes and really own them.

Next time Leader Life Purpose

“You Can’t Solve a Problem on the Same Level You Created It” Albert Einstein

Ever been faced with a problem or challenge and even though you worked at solving it several different ways, you weren’t able to fix it?

I have been doing that over and over again and when I finally remembered this quote by Albert Einstein, it was one of those light bulb moments. No wonder I was getting nowhere. I kept trying to fix it at the very same level and the solution lies in a completely different plane, the metaphysical.

The reason I have this persistent problem is because of limiting beliefs I hold. Every time I thought I had it solved, it would come back because the underlying beliefs were causing the problem. I can’t change it permanently until I resolve the real cause.

Everything we see in our environment is an effect. The cause comes from within. What we think, believe, and were programmed with creates the external.

The good news of our challenges is they expose our limiting beliefs; thus creating the opportunity to work on changing them. Never be afraid to have a look at what is holding you back. It’s impossible to change something you are not aware of.

John Assaraf posted this inspirational piece this morning on Facebook and it speaks right to my message.

“If you secretly don’t believe in yourself…you will secretly sabotage your success. Eliminate self doubt, fears and any feeling of being less than or not good enough and rise to the fact that you were born to achieve the seeds of greatness within your genes. Today is your day, seize it and become all you are meant to become. Wait no more, do it now!”

Let’s all seize today and express our greatness. The world needs all of us contributing our gifts, not hiding out thinking we aren’t good enough.

Your blueprint for living your Purpose-full Life is right in your hands. When you know what your special life message is, you can use that as your map for living your best life and sharing the gifts you are here to give. Being Real

I’ve been going through one of those times in my life where I am called to dig deep inside and find out what I value and who I am at my core. It’s been a tough couple of months.

When I want to start writing I find myself waffling between finding an easy topic and sharing that I am having a hard time. I decided to share some of the lessons I am learning that are helping me.

I am learning how important it is to ask for help when I need it. I was raised to be independent and while I have done well in that department, it can be awfully tough to carry every burden alone. It’s much slower to have to learn how to do everything myself than it is to ask someone to help who already knows what I don’t. People like to help others. How come I think it’s okay for me to do things for others, but not to ask for help when I need it? I rob friends and family of the opportunity to enjoy helping me.

Prayer really does help! Every time I ask for a sign that everything will work out, I receive some message of hope and support. Prayer and meditation put me in a peaceful state.

There is power in taking full responsibility for my actions. I was going to say mistakes, but somehow that word doesn’t feel right. I may see in time that what could be thought of as a mistake was not. When I take responsibility, I can look for help, answers, and solutions instead of excuses, blame and guilt.

I’ve found I have a deep well of love to draw from and that the well does not appear to have a bottom. I can drink from this well too and I feel peaceful when I do.

I am learning how determined I am to be the best me I can be. Perhaps that is part of why I am challenged, so I can see my strength and realize that being a loving person is more than just a platitude to me.

I’m also learning to let go of pretence and pride and show up authentically. The summer heat is making it too hot to wear any masks.

I am reading a wonderful book right now called Success Intelligence by Robert Holden. This was sitting on my shelf for quite a while and I find it has such wisdom for me now and thought-provoking questions that are helping me go through this challenge in a successful way.

I thank you for reading. There is much to share on this journey and if you are going through tough times, I know you can find the strength you need to grow into the person you need to be to handle them.

Final 3 Top 10 Ingredients to Success

Learned on my way to weight release success!

This concludes this series of the ingredients to success I’ve learned as I have been releasing weight.

If you have ever taken on a life transforming issue you can relate to the joy I feel each day as I experience a completely different relationship with food and my body. If you have something you want to change, please keep going for it. I was 61 when I started this program, so it is never too late.

As I said in my first article, I began this process to take on my life lesson of stuffing my feelings in order to be able to live my life purpose more fully. It had been 3 years since I learned my lesson in my hand analysis reading. It took me quite a while to intercept the long-standing habit of eating over my feelings before acknowledging I was having them.

I also used other numbing behaviours too that I have stopped. This is typical of the way this lesson operates. People may overwork, watch too much TV, and drink or spend too much – anything done to excess that keeps you numb.

Today I can say that I am aware l am having the feelings first and then make a choice to let myself experience them until they release on their own. I had read that would happen, but my pattern or habit was so strong, I acted unconsciously to stuff them down before I could feel them.

Let me tell you, this takes courage. When you haven’t allowed yourself to feel strong emotions they can feel very uncomfortable. However, they do run their course unless I hold onto them by talking about them over and over either inside my head or to others.

If I feel like a victim, for example, instead of acknowledging I am angry and then looking for solutions to the situation, the emotions will stick as long as I am in victim mode. The good news is that feeling like a victim is just a decision. I can change my mind and connect to my resourceful, solutions-oriented self anytime I choose.

Here are the last three ingredients.
1. Acknowledge everything you are doing. Pay attention to even the smallest changes. My body has quite a bit of padding from the extra fat and at first I could not see anything happening by looking down or in a mirror. But what I did notice was how I could feel the muscles developing inside myself. I had an awareness of them that had not been there before. I paid attention to that rather than the outside appearance until the changes began to be noticeable externally too.
I could see all the days on my calendar that had exercise written on them. Wow! Compare that to the same period last year where no days were recorded and I had compelling evidence of my commitment.

What do you need to pay attention to that you’re not? I invite you to take a good look each day at anything you’ve done to reach the goals you have for yourself. Noticing your successes empowers you to do more. Ignoring them keeps you feeling you’re not doing enough.

2. Try new things. My trainer provides a wide variety of exercises and that keeps me from getting bored. As I get stronger I do more sets and more challenging exercises. I remember at the beginning how weak my stomach muscles were and I am enjoying pushing myself to do more now that they are strengthening.

When she knew I was ready, my trainer added some kick-boxing to the classes. I would never have imagined I would enjoy kick-boxing, but found it lots of fun.

I would like to introduce you to my trainer, Gosia Cano, 1-Fit-Mama. Gosia is motivating, fun, dedicated to our success and most important an expert at fitness. She knows how to adapt exercise and what to add if you’re injured so you can keep strengthening the weaker area, not get re-injured and not have to quit. She teaches a variety of classes too, something for everyone. Read more about her at her website http://www.1-fit-mama.com .

What are you missing out on because you’ve decided you wouldn’t enjoy it before trying it out?

3. Find what works for you. Experiment until you find the right combination of what you need to succeed. Over the years I have tried a whole variety of traditional and non-traditional therapies and programs to reach my goals. Some worked and others didn’t. When I was really ready and had made the commitment to my vision for my new healthy body, I found the right support.

I wouldn’t have known what would work if I hadn’t tried different things. Again I encourage you not to give up. Experiment until you find what works for you. We all need support to reach our goals and we are each unique, so finding the right combination for you is important.

The reward of all this has been a substantial growth in my business. Now I know from experience that working on the life lesson is the key to living the life purpose.

Thank you to all the people who have sent positive comments on this series. I trust there is something of value in what I have learned that you can use for reaching your goals.

More Top 10 Ingredients to Success

In my April 24th article I talked about my belief that we do not usually walk a clear, straight path to success and gave you three of the top 10 ingredients I have used to create my success in releasing weight.
This article will cover another four tips.

No matter what our goals when we set them there is a gap between where we are currently and where we intend to be when we’ve reached the goal. I believe it is important to pay attention to our language and I encourage you to have a look at what language you use to describe this gap.

Are you saying you are not successful because you are not there yet? Or do you put a more positive spin on it and recognize your soul is urging you to become the next best version of you?

I hope it’s the latter.

Some people seem to do better when someone stands over them cracking a whip. That does not work for me. My next four ingredients come from what works best for my personality and will give you a peek at my heart-centred coaching strategy for clients.

1. Compassion is essential to personal growth. I do not believe in shame or guilt as motivators. If we take the outlook that we are always doing the best we can at the time, it’s much easier to take responsibility for where we are and also to recognize when we could step it up a notch or two.

Shame and guilt vibrate at the lowest frequency of emotions according to Dr. David Hawkins Map of Consciousness. Think about a time when you felt shame or guilt about something you did or didn’t do. How empowered do you feel right now?

If you’re like me, you just feel yucky and want to hide rather than move into action. Do you have anything you need to be compassionate about to empower you?

2. Take responsibility for where we are now. We created it through our previous beliefs and behaviours. When we admit this it gives us greater power because we stop blaming anyone or any circumstance. We can take appropriate action to change whatever beliefs or behaviours are necessary to create new results.

For example with the weight release, I can say I have a slow metabolism and that’s why I am overweight. However, I didn’t help myself by sitting at my computer all day and rarely moving my body energetically. That actually added to the problem of the slow metabolism.
What I found once I began regular exercise and built muscle was my body was able to burn calories faster and my release of weight sped up.

Where could taking responsibility for your current circumstances make a difference between success and the same old results for you?

3. Commitment is another key. We have to commit and re-commit and re-commit whenever we engage in change that requires a long-term process. I found having a future vision motivated me during the early days when the results of my program were not easy to notice. I looked at that vision mentally and committed to making it a reality.

I commit to my exercise program and put my class into my planner weeks in advance to ensure I do not book something else in that time period. I also look for when I can take another class at the gym or work out on my own and schedule that each week.

What are you committed to achieving in your life? Have you found you had to make that commitment more than once to succeed?

4. Consistent action in small steps creates the end result. Even if you move forward an inch a day, you are going towards your goal.

I pay attention to what I am doing differently. It’s pretty easy to overlook small changes and that can make me feel as though I am not doing enough. When I stop and notice what I am doing differently and congratulate myself for every action I take I am motivated to continue.

What actions are you taking to reach your goals? Are you paying attention to what you’re doing?

Having a coach who sees the best in you and holds you accountable can make all the difference in successfully reaching your goals. Email me to make an appointment to discuss how Heart Power Coaching can support you in your success. rosemary@rosemaryheenan.com

Starting Over Once Again

Starting Over Once Again

I think I can safely say Happy Spring and have the weather cooperate this time. I recently heard we have a fifth season called ‘splinter” and that’s a humourous description of what it’s been like here in southwestern Ontario since the official beginning of the season of spring.

It reminds me of how we evolve as humans. With few exceptions most of us rarely make a sudden complete change in our way of living. We take a few forward steps, slide back one or two, re-group and step forward again. Sometimes it seems as though we sprint or run, sometimes it’s more like a slow stroll. And then there are times where we feel like we are back on our hands and knees crawling as if we never learned how to walk.

Can you relate?

Looking back though I have to say there was never a complete retreat to the earlier me. I was always developing, even when appearances looked different. I now believe those times where I felt most incapable were the times I was about to make a huge leap. I needed to cocoon a while and develop the “wings” that would lift me into my new self.

Last fall I challenged myself to work on my Life Lesson at a deeper level. I know if I want to fully live my Life Purpose, I have to be willing to take on my lesson whenever it holds me back.

Since my lesson is to stuff my feelings, I had to commit to reducing or eliminating all the ways I do that. That led to a combination of new energy therapy and practicing old techniques that work to clear the energy blocks and limiting beliefs that would hold me back.

I committed to releasing the extra weight on my body through healthy eating and regular exercise. I learned to persist through all my excuses, banish the magical thinking that it could happen overnight, and “just do it”.

I also got help from people who knew more than I did or had skills I needed to support me in my goals. I made the financial and time commitment to do whatever it takes to succeed. Yes, there are many things I can do for myself and I am doing those too. However, I realized where my strengths were and where I was weak and by getting the right support I am well on the road to success.

Quitting is not an option anymore.

I believe we all came here to serve. To give our greatest service we have to live our life purpose. I feel an urgency to do more, to help more people and to give more to them.

All healers have to be willing to work on our own issues and not just try to fix it for other people. Our motto is “healer, heal thyself”.

I’m going to share the top 10 key ingredients to my success over the next month in the hopes that you can benefit from a few of them in each post.

1. Find a compelling “why”. My desire to serve others by fully living my purpose, gave me a greater reason to want to be healthier and have more energy. When I am working with clients, I love how I feel. If I am tempted to skip exercise or eat something that may slow my progress I get back in touch with that feeling and it keeps me on my path.

2. Have a future vision that is so compelling it draws you forward into it. I have to spend time in that vision frequently to stay connected and motivated and to continue to believe in its possibility.

3. Don’t try to do it alone. No one of us has all the answers and without the support of the team I’ve been using, I would not have made it this far. I injured my knees working out alone one day and without the help of my trainer I would have quit. She is helping me adapt exercises and strengthen supporting muscles so I can continue to work out while they heal.

4. Start slowly and do more as you can. It does get easier the more you do it. It took a long time for me to get all the pieces in place I needed. I began by working on the fears, cravings and limiting beliefs before I started to work on my eating and exercising plan. That set me up for success when I was ready to begin.

Instead of trying to do everything at once, I focused on one new thing about every month. After five months I lost all my cravings and I am now able to eat and drink in moderation on special occasions without causing the cravings to return.

Question: What’s keeping you from achieving what makes your heart sing?

Coach’s Challenge: If you’ve had your fingerprints analyzed you know your purpose, lesson and school. Revisit your report to see if the block lies in any of these areas.

Find your “why” and create your future vision. Identify the support you need and get that in place. Then start slowly and do more as you can.

If you are trying to get results on your own and that’s not working for you contact me to discuss if any of the services of Heart Power Coaching would be beneficial.

Have you thought about a Life Purpose Reading or Hand Analysis as a unique gift for Mother’s Day? Mother’s Day is coming May 8th.

Your fingerprints hold a blueprint for your soul’s purpose for your life. If you’ve struggled with “why am I here” or know intuitively there has to be more to life, a reading can answer your questions.

Readings can be done long distance. I mail a kit. You follow the directions to print the hands. Mail them back and we have a phone conversation that is recorded and given to you.

Do You Know What You Want?

If you are like many of my clients and me, you may be almost completely out of touch with your true heart’s desires. How can that be? I believe it occurs over time as we are told what we want is unreasonable, a pipe dream, too much for someone like us, ridiculous, etc. We take in all those beliefs from well-meaning parents, teachers, friends etc. who think they are protecting us so we won’t get disappointed. Or perhaps they are wet blankets who can’t dream for themselves and don’t want others to do so either.

Then we begin to give up on our dreams and live our lives without passion. We feel like life is flat and see it as something to just get through.

What happens is our hearts want to keep us from being hurt, so they begin to soften the voice of our dreams. The more we don’t act on them, the quieter the voice of the dream becomes, until we no longer hear it.

However, every now and then we will feel an occasional tug from inside our hearts that tells us there has to be more. Many people go through a dark night of the soul before recognizing it really is possible to bring up those dreams and act on them.

How do you find out what they are when they’ve been buried a long time? Spend time in silence; get quiet and go inside and have a heart-to-heart with your heart, and ask it to reveal what it holds. Day dream. Play around with the possible by asking if nothing could stop you, you could not fail and money was not an issue, what would you love to do?

Get out some paper and let all that you hear, see or feel come out. You might want to use coloured pens and draw some pictures. Remember to let it flow freely with no concern for how it’s going to happen. Without censure your heart will keep things flowing out for you to see.

Put everything aside for a day or so once the flow stops. The get quiet again and re-read everything. Choose something that really pulls on your heartstrings as the first item to begin to take action on.

Write a list of action steps you could take to get started on this. If you have a trusted support person, share your goal with him or her. Ask her to “see” you successfully make this real. Then go into action.

I developed a process that worked so quickly for me in manifesting my desires that I created a workshop around it to share with others. I used the chakras as my guide and found that made me include every area of my life. The people who have participated so far are also getting quick results. I call it Design Your Life With Colour – a Workshop for Spiritual Beings Having a Human Experience. I’m offering it twice in March on the evenings of Thursday March 24 and Tuesday March 29 from 6:30 – 9:30. Contact me at info@rosemaryheenan.com or call 519-978-3995 to register for either night.

Blocked desires are one of the insights you can receive from having a hand analysis reading. Sometimes you get so used to the way things are, you don’t even know you’re stuffing down on what you want. A hand analysis will uncover this and much more.

If you are curious about what is involved in a hand analysis and what your hands will reveal, listen in to an interview I am doing on Jennifer Longmore’s Soul Purpose Central Radio show on Transformational Talk Radio, Tuesday March 8 at 4:00 eastern. Here is the link. www.transformationtalkradio.com

What’s Love Got To Do With It?

I was having coffee with a friend last week going over her Hand Analysis report. She doesn’t want to continue in her present job. It’s not what she enjoys and she doesn’t find it fulfilling at all. However, she said she didn’t know what she wanted to do in its place.

She’s concerned about making a mistake if she chooses a wrong career direction. She’s not 20 anymore and wonders if she is too old to change careers. However staying stuck doing something she doesn’t love is taking a toll on her energy level, her self confidence and her whole life.

All of a sudden we were interrupted by a young woman looking for a store that was no longer in the plaza we were in. Over the course of helping her out, my friend inquired into why the woman was looking for this store. It turned out the woman represents a fashion house and was going to show the new line of fashions to the store owner. My friend’s face lit up and she asked lots of questions about this type of work. They exchanged email addresses and the woman will send my friend links to their website.

In a matter of minutes an answer to her “what would I do instead?” question was right before her eyes and she was so excited. This job is her ideal job. It involves fashion and travel. She went from not knowing what she really wants to do to meeting someone who could connect her to a career she’s love to be in.
Isn’t that magical? The universe brought her the answer she was seeking as soon as she opened the door to exploring how she could live her life purpose.

Okay, it doesn’t always happen that quickly. However when you begin the process of asking what you would love to do instead and something this “coincidental” occurs would you think the Universe was directing you? I sure would.

What’s love got to do with it? While the focus of Valentine’s Day is often on romantic relationships, love affects every area of our lives. Before the love month is over for another year, let’s talk about how much you love your life and work?

Let’s begin with how you feel each morning when you wake up. Do you look forward to your day and love what’s ahead of you? Or do you drag yourself out of bed after pushing the snooze alarm as many times as you can get away with?

Do you love your work, feel energized by the people you interact with and know you’re fulfilling your life purpose in your work? Or are you bored, exhausted, and drained because you know there’s more to life and your work is pretty unfulfilling?

I know how both of these situations feel and if you do not love your life and work, I feel your pain. If you look ahead a year or two, how do you think you will feel if you continue like this? Will your life be better or worse? Are you postponing joy until you retire? How many more years will that be and can you bear to wait that long?

I believe when we love ourselves unconditionally, we expect more for our lives that a mundane life and unfulfilling work.

If you’re not loving life and finding real meaning in your work, it’s probably because you are not living from your purpose. Do you know what yours is? A Hand Analysis reading will uncover it, but in order to live from it you have to be willing to embody it and commit to it over and over again until it becomes second nature.
A Hand Analysis reading will also help you see what aspects of your personality will help you and which ones will not be advantageous.

Do you want to know why and how you’re sabotaging yourself? A Hand Analysis will give you amazing insight into this.

Take the first step and have your hand analyzed. You too may meet a stranger with a life changing message for you.

A Hand Analysis reading is actually a blueprint for your life. Equipped with this knowledge, you are in a much better position to move forward successfully.

Here are some reasons you might choose to do a hand analysis:
1. You are not happy with your career and wonder if you would be better suited to something else.
2. You are feeling unfulfilled and/or have a sense of “is this all there is?”
3. You intuitively know there is more to life and you want clarity on what that is for you.
4. You have a persistent challenge that keeps you from the success you desire and you want help in working through that.
5. Or you are just curious about what your hands would reveal about you.

Life purpose is not static. You will always be developing and expanding your life purpose and raising the bar therefore coaching is the ideal supportive structure for someone who wants to take their life to the next level.

It is much easier to make changes and grow with the support of another person who is skilled at helping you see what you really want and believe in your ability to make it happen.

I help you create a vision for what you desire that is so compelling and meaningful it pulls you forward and motivates you to achieve it.

I support you in setting long and short term goals and in taking action to get there. I help you distinguish and use your strengths and overcome what sabotages you.

My ability to see your highest potential and hold that space for you, especially when you have lost sight of it, is the most appreciated benefit of working with me according to my clients.

It’s Heart Month Take Down Your Wall

In honour of Heart Month, let’s all take on increasing our self love. While physical exercise is good for your heart organ, love and appreciation nourish your emotional heart.

One of my biggest challenges in life has been to take down the wall I put up around my heart to keep from getting hurt. When I was a teenager, I naїvely thought that would protect me. It took me years to figure out it doesn’t at all. It keeps out love and does nothing to prevent being hurt.

There’s no risk-free way to love. The possibility of being devastated is always there, but the possibility of joy only exists when you put your battered heart right on the table by trusting that you’re lovable.—Martha Beck, Daily Coach Tips

False beliefs are often the foundation of the wall and I believe the most common of those is the belief that there is something wrong with us. It appears to be part of the human condition to believe this at some level for some period of time. The result is we create a protective coating around our hearts causing us to cover up, hide out, and feel shame, doubt, fear, bravado etc.; all ways of shielding ourselves from being found out as less than and being hurt.

What I have found to be true is if I am willing to be authentic and just be myself, people love and appreciate me far more than they ever did when the wall was up. I find other’s authenticity attractive too.

Reflective Questions:
1. What is one belief of not being good enough you would be willing to let go of this month?
2. In what ways would your life be different if you let this go?

Supportive Reading: The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown Ph.D.

What Are You Afraid Of?

The recent celebration of Halloween had me considering what frightens me and had me go back and re-read this prose by Marianne Williamson. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.”

After a couple months with plenty of ideas to write about and a flow of words when I began writing, I had recently felt blocked and uninspired. Every time I tried to write an article, nothing would come to me. Remembering the enthusiasm I felt when I wrote the last newsletter, I knew I must have triggered an unconscious fear. September had also been my best month thus far in my business, so it was pretty clear the block was related to growing my business.

In a further part of Marianne’s message, she says “We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?” On a non-conscious level I was asking myself was I good enough to play on a larger scale? Was I capable? Was it possible to have what I really want or was I setting myself up to be disappointed? So I stopped writing and business slowed down again. I played to not lose instead of playing to win.

The insidious nature of limiting beliefs and self-doubt is that it often takes a change in our feelings and behaviours before we are consciously aware we have run into a fear. Inertia, writer’s block, going around in circles accomplishing nothing, hiding out, and feeling blah and purposeless are some clues to alert us to the fear. However by the time we experience those we are usually asking very loudly “what is wrong with me? Why can’t I …? We feel ashamed that we’re not taking action on our stated goals. Yikes! That only leads to more self-doubt.

Can you relate to my experience? I would love to hear how this scenario has played out for you.

Today I felt the support of the Universe in wrapping up my writer’s block challenge. This morning I read the fingerprints of an Innovative Messenger. People with this purpose have to discover what their message is, deliver it to an audience, and receive feedback on how clear the message is. This client’s message will be on the cutting edge as Innovators are here to see and do things in new ways. However, with any Life Purpose, there is usually a fear of doing that which you are called to do. Messengers often have to overcome their reluctance to speak up.

Our conversation about her life purpose must have cleared my own writer’s block as the inspiration for this piece came shortly afterward. Interestingly I had an energy treatment this afternoon in which my throat chakra turned out to be blocked. That chakra has to do with communication. Now I am sitting at the computer finally inspired and able to get my message written.

Now back to my original question. What are you afraid of? Could it be really living your Life Purpose? Who would you have to be to play that full out? Are you willing to step into the part of yourself who is courageous and confident? Will you play to win?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Here is the rest of the inspiring quote from Marianne.

“Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
(Marianne Williamson, Return to Love, Harper Collins, 1992.)
