The purpose of Lighten Up Your Life Meet Up Group is to choose the easier path in life. We will release stress and limiting beliefs through Laughter Yoga, The Work of Byron Katie, and the heart coherence meditation.
No need to have your hands analyzed for this group.
Anyone who is willing to be a supportive listener and active participant is welcome.

The Lighten Up Your Life Program is for people who want to take the information received in their hand analysis reading and use it to navigate their lives from a place of light-heartedness, inner peace, strength, passion, joy, creativity and ease. The program takes place in a small group format that provides a safe, non-judgmental space for exploring the exciting next steps once the evidence of the soul is revealed.

It’s pretty typical for us as human beings to be inspired by something such as a hand analysis reading and find the enthusiasm drops away and we go back to life as usual. Our ego kicks in to say things like “who do you think you are you to be a powerful leader?” or “what makes you think you have anything to offer people as a healer? You’re sure not perfect yourself.”

The Lighten Up Your Life Program is a solution to that very human challenge. I would not have had the courage and followed through to step into my ‘Healer with Heart’ purpose without the support of my coach. My ego resisted big time and I needed help in keeping my resolve to retire from my previous career and create a new one.

Lighten Up Your Life is designed to keep holding that mirror up each week so clients are supported as they integrate their reading into every area of their lives… and to do so in practical, profound and light-hearted ways.

I’ve spent the past 15 years learning how to fall in love with myself, stop struggling with limiting beliefs, live my life purpose, and create a joyful life. I can teach you how to do the same thing.

Lighten Up Your Life is based on these principles:
1. Your hands reveal what you came into this life to do. They also reveal your main challenges; the specific areas you’ll struggle with in life. Knowing this information gives you a shortcut to getting connected to your purpose and mastering the obstacles in your way.
2. You are responsible for your life. There are no victims. You have the power to make your life what you want it to be.
3. Change doesn’t have to be hard and painful. It can be, and is fun when you know how to support yourself.
4. You have a soul that wants the best for you and will help make that happen when you are fully connected.

Lighten Up Your Life is a fun, inspiring, creative and transforming program that will give you support as you embody your life purpose. The program consists of weekly classes of two hours in a small group of five – six people where you will define, explore and create your life on purpose. We will place special attention on the subtle ways your specific lessons or challenges block you and use tools to eliminate the sabotage.

Put yourself first for a change. Find out what your soul will reveal in your hands and then engage in a program that supports you in acting on that wisdom.

The group will begin on Monday, March 1 in my home. 7:00 – 9:00 pm. This is a Beta test of the program, therefore I am offering it for the low price of $20.00 a week for a limited time. I commit to keeping the price for people who start in March at $20.00 for the first six months even when the price goes up for others.
